The contact form opens your own email program (mailto). The details you enter (name, email address, company, message) are sent as an email from your device to mauro@cmventures.xyz. The website itself stores none of this on a server. We process the data only to handle your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken in response to your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) in server log files, so that the site can be delivered securely and reliably. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Vercel processes this data on our behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement. Where data is transferred to the USA, EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

The fonts used on this site (Newsreader, IBM Plex) are hosted on our own server. No connection is made to third-party font providers such as Google Fonts, and no data is transferred to them.

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It stores one technically necessary setting in your browser (local storage): your language choice (EN/DE). This is used only to remember your preference; it is not transferred to us or to third parties. No consent banner is required for this.

This site uses no web analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising tools.

Your data is not passed to third parties, except to the hosting provider named above as our processor and — for the contact form — to your own and our email provider as part of sending the email.

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet any legal retention obligations, and then delete it.
